I created Protect Then Serve because I care deeply about the Blue Crabs, oysters, and fish that make the Chesapeake Bay so special. The crab with its over-the-top firepower is meant to get your attention—but the message behind the humor is serious: protecting the Bay and its habitats comes before serving up its famous seafood.

This design brings my Chesapeake artwork into everyday life, sharing a little local humor and a reminder to care for the Bay wherever you go.
